The movement is part of World Day for Physical Activity to promote healthy behavior for people of all ages, nations, and characteristics.

“We encourage all students, faculty, and staff to join us in learning about the benefits of physical activity,” said Dawn Coe, associate professor of kinesiology, recreation, and sports studies. “We’ll have activities and information that promote health such as yoga, disc golf, sports, walking, and various games.”
