UT Assistant Vice Chancellor and CIO Joel Reeves recently wrote a column featured in CIO Review, explaining the importance of onboard training in increasing customer satisfaction.

There are many technology stacks, organizational methodologies, and implementation methods to choose from, but ultimately if you want your business to be successful, you must invest in your employees and ensure your customer base can receive feedback in a timely fashion.

Reeves says of investing in your staff, “funding training to keep staff skills up to date is a solid investment that will continue to pay off down the road.”
