Knoxville-area faculty and staff are invited to attend a benefits fair October 8 to learn about the dozens of insurances, benefits and corporate discounts that make up UT’s comprehensive benefits package.
Representatives from more than forty companies and UT departments will be available to talk with attendees from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Thompson-Boling Arena.
The fair is an opportunity to learn more about the many benefits available and ask about the state of Tennessee’s upcoming annual enrollment period, which began September 15 and includes:
- Health, dental and vision insurance
- Basic and term-life insurance
- Long-term care, long-term disability and optional special accident insurance
Walgreens will be offering flu shots on-site. Shots will be free to employees enrolled in the state’s health insurance plans and who bring a copy of their CVS Caremark prescription card. Interested employees should complete forms in advance.
