Maurice Stucke, a UT Law professor and former trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, recently echoed sentiments that a merger between technology companies Google and Twitter is unlikely. Stucke was interviewed for a Fortune article on the subject on August 6.
Stucke spoke to the magazine again for an August 11 article about a Supreme Court decision from February on business licensing that is expected to have a ripple effect through many industries.
