Do you have a great invention idea, but just don’t know what to do next?  How do you turn your idea into a product? Are you certain that you even know who your audience really is? How do you go about reaching the right people to get your idea out there? And how do you go from making one prototype to a hundred, a thousand, or more?

The University of Tennessee Research Foundation can help! Make plans today to be a part of Opportunity Now.

Opportunity Now is an event that covers the basics of moving your ideas from the lab to the marketplace, the “what ifs” to the “that’s how.” This is a great time to explore the answers to the basic questions and find even more detailed answers specific to you, your research, and your ideas. Presenters include Kevin Kragenbrink and Shawn Carson from Tech 2020, along with speakers from UT Research Foundation.

You will be invited to apply for a free six-week guided program led by Tech 2020. And your top ideas will qualify to compete for proof of concept funding up to $20,000.

The event takes place from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 2, in SERF Room 307. Door prizes and lunch will be provided!
