Looking for spring landscaping tips? The landscaping experts at Facilities Services can help.
They will host a workshop, Facilities Fundamentals: Helpful Tips for the DIY Gardener, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, March 26, at the International House Great Room. The event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
The workshop will focus on best practices for residential landscaping. Landscape Services Assistant Director Jason Cottrell will discuss topics such as yard cleanup, proper planting techniques, best pruning practices, spring and summer lawn preparation, and weed prevention.
