Monthly employees who are paid on sponsored projects are required to certify their effort, either through IRIS or the web application. An improved interface will be available Monday, December 22, for persons who certify their effort on the web. Effort Certification Reporting (ECR) is being moved to the My IRIS Web portal and will be available with other Employee Self-Service (ESS) options such as displaying pay statements.
The look and feel of the new ECR screens are consistent with the look and feel of the other ESS functions and have simpler, more intuitive navigation. Even though the new screens offer an improved interface, the functionality covered with the new screens remains the same as the previous site.
As of December 22, employees may access ECR on the My IRIS Web portal at irisweb.tennessee.edu/irj/portal/ECR.
