, mayor of the City of Cleveland, penned a letter in the Cleveland Daily Banner welcoming UT students in the Smart Cities Initiative to Cleveland. The project gives students an opportunity to meet service-learning requirements by using their training to look at real-world issues. Mayor Rowland extends “a special welcome to them and to the faculty members as they get involved with many different aspects of our community.”
