As students move in this week, a few campus roads near the residence halls will be closed and others will reverse their normal traffic flow to help students get their belongings transported to their building as quickly as possible.
Temporary road closings and traffic changes include:
Thursday, August 14:
- Twentieth Street will be closed from Caledonia Avenue to Andy Holt Avenue.
- Andy Holt Avenue will be eastbound only from UT Drive to Pat Head Summitt Street.
Friday, August 15:
- Andy Holt Avenue will be westbound only from Melrose Place to Twentieth Street.
Saturday, August 16:
- Andy Holt Avenue will be closed at the intersection with the west end of Volunteer Boulevard.
- Twentieth Street will be closed from Caledonia Avenue to Andy Holt Avenue.
- Andy Holt Avenue will be eastbound only from UT Drive to Pat Head Summitt Street.
- Pat Head Summitt Street will be southbound only from Andy Holt Avenue to Volunteer Boulevard.
