Frances-NashFrances Nash has been named assistant director of One Stop Express Student Services.

Nash previously served as a counselor at One Stop, where she assisted students with enrollment services including registering for classes; requesting transcripts; applying for financial aid, scholarships, and grants; paying tuition and fees; and many other services.

In her new role, Nash provides support in managing the daily activities of One Stop, assists with ongoing training of counselors, and serves as a resource for counselors and other staff who require information regarding enrollment services. In addition, she continues to assist students and families with their enrollment service needs.

Before working at One Stop Express Student Services, Nash served from 2010 to 2012 as an assistant to the dean of UT’s College of Arts and Sciences. She was a student services representative from 2005 to 2010 at the University of Texas TeleCampus.

Nash has a bachelor’s degree in radio, television, and film from the University of Texas at Austin.

One Stop Express Student Services streamlines the most common services students need to manage their enrollment, registration, financial aid, and payments. The center opened in summer 2013 on the ground floor of Hodges Library. The center provides a single location where students can access services of the registrar, financial aid, and bursar’s office.
