Now that it’s up and running, all UT students and families should be referred to the new One Stop Express Student Services center for assistance with their enrollment, registration, financial aid, and payment services. One Stop aims to enhance service to students by managing these student service transactions from one convenient and central location.
Open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., One Stop assists students and their families in person on the ground floor of Hodges Library, by e-mail at onestop@utk.edu, and over the phone by calling 974-1111.
Most services are accessible online via the One Stop website. Many transactions may also be completed online via MyUTK, and related services are also accessible through the UT smartphone app (including a list of students currently checked in to be seen by One Stop staff).

Special Move-In Weekend Hours
One Stop will be open during move-in weekend, August 17-18, to assist all students. Hours for move-in weekend are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Students may receive assistance with these services by calling One Stop at 974-1111.
