Subject: Results of SGA Election Delayed
The results of the Student Government Association elections that were slated to be announced this evening have been delayed due to technical difficulties.
Though voting ended at 5:00 p.m. today, a small number of students had problems logging in to the online voting system. In order to ensure a fair election, these students will be notified of their opportunity to cast their votes between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. tomorrow, April 5. We hope to announce the results of the election tomorrow after 5:00 p.m.
The SGA represents the student body to the administration and to state and local legislators, and it’s important that all students have the opportunity to vote.
This has been a great election so far, and we want to be as fair as possible. We sincerely apologize for the delay and we appreciate your patience.
