The results of the system-wide employment engagement survey are in and faculty and staff are invited to forums this week and next week to learn more about the findings.

The results shared will be specific to the groups invited to the different sessions.

Chancellor Larry Arrington will host an 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 2, session for UT Institute of Agriculture employees in the Hollingsworth Auditorium in the Ellington Plant Sciences Building.

On Monday, May 7, President Joe DiPietro will host a 2:00 p.m. forum for employees of the UT system in the Ray Mears Room of the Thompson-Boling Arena.

On Tuesday, May 8, Chancellor Jimmy G. Cheek will host two sessions for Knoxville campus employees. The 9:45 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. sessions will be in the University Center Ballroom.

Representatives of Modern Think, UT’s survey partner, will share insight about the findings and how the university can use them to improve the work environment. The sessions will include a brief overview and time for questions and discussion.

The employee engagement survey was administered anonymously last fall and spring and 7,100 employees across the state shared feedback on topics ranging from pay to performance evaluations.
