KNOXVILLE — Estabrook Road is set to reopen to traffic by Friday, December 2.
Frequent rains have prevented work crews from completing the repaving of the road, but a forecast of clearing skies later in the week means the repaving should be finished by Friday, December 2, allowing vehicle traffic to flow again from Middle Drive to Estabrook Road and Cumberland Avenue.
