WBIR-TV spoke with UT Police Department Chief Gloria Graham about the decreasing crime rates in Fort Sanders, the neighborhood adjacent to the UT Knoxville campus. Last year the neighborhood saw a 22 percent reduction in overall crime compared to the year before.
