Due to the recent severe weather in east Tennessee, many of the vehicles in the university’s motor pool have sustained significant hail damage. When submitting a vehicle request, allow ample time and be aware that Transportation Services may or may not be able to fulfill your request. Transportation Services is offering turn down slips in the event they are unable to complete your request. However, bear in mind that most rental car companies are in the same situation. Transportation Services is doing everything possible to accommodate requests, and your patience is appreciated.

Keep in mind that windows, windshield, rear window, mirrors, and tail lights are a priority.
