KNOXVILLE — Looking to introduce healthy habits into your life but don’t know where to start? Plenty of information and ideas will be available during Wellness Week, starting Monday, April 4, at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Themed “Make Wellness Your Reality,” UT Knoxville’s Wellness Week gives the campus community the opportunity to attend and participate in a variety of health- and wellness-centered sessions.
The week’s activities center around the HealthBeat health fair on Wednesday, April 6, that features demonstrations, screenings and health information.
