KNOXVILLE — Faculty and staff are invited to purchase discount tickets for tonight’s Vols game against South Carolina. The game will feature some special thank you messages to faculty members who serve as mentors to some of the student-athletes.
Faculty and staff can get $7 tickets by visiting http://www.uttix.com. Click on “Vols Tix” and then choose “Promotional Code.” Log in with UTEMPLOYEE. Complete the order. There is a $1.25 processing fee.
Today’s Faculty Appreciation Week stories focus on assistant professors Denise Bates and Steven Waller from the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences; Assistant Professor Jason Hayward and Associate Professor Veerle Keppens from the College of Engineering; Professor Karla McKanders and Associate Professor Paula Schaefer from the College of Law; Katherine Kong, assistant professor of French; and law professor Bob Lloyd.
