KNOXVILLE — Would you like to improve your campus dining experience? Or do you want to rave about the great job Volunteer Dining is doing to serve you?

If you are a University of Tennessee, Knoxville, student, faculty or staff member, Volunteer Dining wants your feedback about eating on campus.

The Volunteer Dining Campus Survey will be used to better understand your campus lifestyle and preferences. By sharing your thoughts, Volunteer Dining will gain valuable insight to help improve your overall campus dining experience.

After filling out the survey, you are eligible to win a Sony 3-D Blu-ray Disc player with Wi-Fi or a $50 Visa gift card. The prize winners will be announced in November. One person will receive the Blu-ray disc player and, two people will each receive a gift card. Only the UT campus community is eligible.

“The survey is specific to the UT community and the dining locations on campus,” said Mary Leslie Patterson, ARAMARK marketing director for UT. “It helps us improve the overall campus dining experience.”

The survey is designed by ARAMARK Higher Education’s corporate office. The online survey (http://www.college-survey.com/tenn) will take 5-10 minutes and responses are confidential. If you cannot click the link, copy and paste the URL into your Internet browser address bar and hit enter.

Volunteer Dining and ARAMARK conduct this survey once each semester. The survey allows the customer to give their honest feedback. The information will be shared with Jeff Maples, senior associate vice chancellor for finance and administration, and with Volunteer Dining location managers.

“We really want to know what the customer thinks,” Patterson said. “I am hoping to get honest feedback because it helps us to improve our services on campus and it helps us to understand our successes and opportunities. We strive every day to exceed the customers’ expectations.”

The survey needs to be completed by Oct. 22.
