If you weren’t one of the more than 1,900 UT faculty, staff and students who received their seasonal flu shot from UT Student Health Service on Wednesday, Sept. 16, fear not. The following locations will be offering free flu shots from 8 a.m. until noon on Saturday, Sept. 26:
- Austin-East High School, 2800 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Knoxville;
- Farragut High School, 11237 Kingston Pike, Knoxville;
- Halls High School, 4321 E. Emory Rd., Knoxville;
- West High School, 3326 Sutherland Ave., Knoxville;
- South-Doyle Middle School, 3900 Decatur Dr., Knoxville; and
- Carter High School, 210 N. Carter School Rd., Strawberry Plains.
The free shots will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis to anyone over the age of four.
Local pharmacies are also offering flu shot services. Call your preferred pharmacy for details.
