UT to Conduct Test of UT ALERT System

The University of Tennessee announced Tuesday that the athletics department will be providing an additional $1 million of support to academics to the UT Knoxville campus each year beginning in 2009-10. The commitment will provide an additional $15 million to the Knoxville campus over the next 15 years.
The “Big Orange Football Warmup and More” non-credit course returns to give Tennessee football fans an opportunity to hear about the upcoming season from an insider’s perspective. The two-session course is set for Aug. 4 and Aug. 11 and is hosted by UT Professional and Personal Development.
