KNOXVILLE — Parking & Transit Services at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, will be upgrading its parking management system starting at 4 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 6, and continuing until 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 11.
During the conversion, it will be impossible to complete citation payments and citation appeals online. As an alternative, citation payments should be made at Circle Park Online (https://cpo.utk.edu/CPOWeb/) or at the Bursar’s Office in the University Center or the Student Services Building.
Circle Park’s kiosk will continue its normal functions. However, parking permits cannot be sold in either Parking Office. Courtesy permits will be issued to eligible staff, faculty and students.
During this brief interruption in online services, Parking & Transit staff will be available and the offices will be open to assist customers with parking information. The office can be reached via phone at 974-6031.
