KNOXVILLE — Renowned UT forensic anthropologist and Body Farm founder Bill Bass will speak about his research and recent forensic cases at an Alumni Affairs Lifelong Learning Program in the University Center Auditorium at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, on Wednesday, Jan. 14.
Bill BassThe free event will begin at 7 p.m., and doors will open at 6:30 p.m. Parking is available in the University Center parking garage at normal rates.
Copies of Bass’ books will be on sale, and he will be signing them after the event.
Bass is considered one of the nation’s foremost forensic anthropologists. The Forensic Anthropology Facility, also known as the Body Farm, has contributed invaluable information to the field of forensic anthropology by establishing a research framework for time since death.
