Nancy Loftis, administrative support assistant in the Microbiology Department, is always willing to go above and beyond her normal duties, according to colleagues. Going out of her way — even with the most last minute requests, Nancy is a dedicated employee and helps faculty, staff and students alike.
From organizing the department’s graduate admissions process to helping set-up a large regional meeting, Nancy’s multi-tasking attitude and outstanding performance are praised by all in the department.
In a show of appreciation, many of Nancy’s co-workers nominated her for the Send Roses Award. Because of her hard work and extraordinary service, the UT Positive Recognition Committee has named Nancy December’s Send Roses Award recipient.
