The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, today announced a new energy conservation policy that will help the campus reach its goal of a 10 percent reduction in energy consumption. The wide-ranging policy covers campus operations from lighting to water use to purchasing decisions.

For some Tennesseans, the Holocaust is more than a tragic chapter of history; it is a personal journey of pain and survival. The stories of these men and women will be the subject of a lecture at 7 p.m. on Dec. 8 in the Lindsay Young Auditorium in Hodges Library.
