Gao, an assistant professor in the Materials Science and Engineering department, is the lucky winner of free parking for the fall semester.
Gao entered the contest by completing an opinion survey regarding the Tennessee Today print and electronic editions. Gao says he and his wife carpool to work every day, so this represents a double savings for them.
