The University of Tennessee’s fiscal policy regarding conflicts of interest requires all regular faculty and staff to report certain outside interests and activities.
This helps prevent or minimize conflicts between an employee’s outside interests and his or her university responsibilities.

Completed forms should be sent to supervisors no later than September 30, 2008. Supervisors should complete the first question on the last page of the form and forward the forms to the Office of Budget and Finance, 407 Andy Holt Tower.
