The corporate travel program in the Treasurer’s Office has negotiated a special rate for UT employees staying at the Doubletree Hotel in Washington, D.C.
The hotel will accept the U.S. General Services Administrations’s CONUS rate of either $154 or $201 per night, depending on the time of year. UT employees can obtain the rate either for business or personal travel.
The lodging must be booked through UT’s official travel agency, World Travel Service, at 777-1680, or online through the ResX booking system.
