The UT Nutrition and Metabolic Research Clinic in the Jesse Harris Building is currently recruiting 40 overweight or obese volunteers for a 12-week study to determine the effects of increasing dairy foods on oxidative and inflammatory stress in overweight individuals.
Michael Zemel of the Dept. of Nutrition is the principal investigator. Compensation is provided to participants.
