The UT Early Learning Center is cosponsoring the Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood Sweater Drive with East Tennessee Public Television. Bring new or gently used sweaters to any of the three Early Learning Center locations: 1206 White Ave., 2010 Lake Ave. or 3700 Sutherland Ave. Food City stores are also collection sites.
David Newell, who played Mr. McFeeley, the Speedy Delivery Mailman on "Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood," greeted children and their parents at the White Avenue location last week.
