Small- to mid-size manufacturers seeking to hone business skills to better compete in the global marketplace are invited to attend the Manufacturing Solutions Conference Nov. 7-8 at the Nashville Airport Marriott Convention Center. The conference is sponsored by the University of Tennessee Center for Industrial Services.

Almost 600 students from 46 Tennessee high schools converged on the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus today to compete in the University of Tennessee-Pro2Serve Math Contest. The top 10 individual contest winners received four-year, $4,000 scholarships to UT Knoxville.
