Southern Association for Institutional Research (SAIR) has awarded the UT Office of Institutional Research and Assessment with top honors for its 2006-2007 e-Fact Book. UT won first place for "Best Electronic Fact Book" in front of more than 400 people at the SAIR 2007 Annual Conference awards breakfast held earlier this month.
"Scribes, Scholars and Students," a new UT Libraries Special Collections exhibit, opened recently in Hoskins Library as part of Medieval and Renaissance Semester.
The UT Libraries are marking three anniversaries this year and are inviting students, faculty, staff and the public to a celebration on Oct. 26. "A Remarkable Time: Celebrating the Past, Anticipating the Future" will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Jack E. Reese Galleria of the John C. Hodges Library.
