All regular full- and part-time employees should receive personal benefits statements via campus mail this week. Your statement provides an overview of your annual compensation including any deferred compensation, educational assistance, longevity pay, insurance plans and retirement, as well as the amount UT contributes to your benefit programs.

Check your personal information and follow the directions on the statement to make needed changes.

A participant information change request is online at http://treasury.state.tn.us/forms/tr0208.pdf. To access this form on the Benefits and Retirement Web site, just click on Quick Reference/Forms.

For more information, including definitions for benefits, call Benefits and Retirement Services at 974-4341, see the Web site at www.tennessee.edu/retirement or visit Suite 115, Conference Center.
