About the New Building

The college expects to move into the new 174,000-square-foot building in the fall semester 2008.

The façade of the former Glocker Building is being reconstructed to retain the original building’s heritage and legacy. Inside, though, the building will be distinctly modern, equipped for high-definition global teleconferencing, and with digital signage, wireless Internet access, and an advanced room access security and information system.

“This state-of-the-art business complex will reflect the level of educational distinction that the college has always delivered and help propel UT to a higher level of excellence,” Williams said.

The building will include 32 classrooms, more than 50 offices for staff and administration, 31 team rooms, four presentations rooms, a technology center, an Investment Center, an atrium and a glass elevator.
