An array of Nobel Laureates will join Gov. Phil Bredesen and hundreds of the country’s top physicists as the University of Tennessee will soon host the 2006 meeting of the Division of Atomic, Molecular and Optical Physics (DAMOP) of the American Physical Society.
Gov. Phil Bredesen will give the keynote address at the University of Tennessee’s spring commencement ceremony. The university-wide ceremony is set for 8:30 a.m., Friday, May 12, at the Thompson-Boling Arena.
The University of Tennessee will host the one-man performance of “Black Boy, A Play,” at 7 p.m. Monday, April 24, in the Carolyn P. Brown Memorial University Center Auditorium. The play is free and open to the public.
