The committee searching for a new University of Tennessee president will interview personnel from three consulting firms that are bidding to help identify candidates for UT’s top administrative post.

A subcommittee of the UT Board of Trustees’ Presidential Search Committee reviewed proposals from six firms Friday. It voted to invite three firms for interviews Dec. 11 by the full committee.

The finalists are:
A.T. Kearney, Atlanta.
Baker-Parker Inc., Atlanta.
The Washington Advisory Group, Washington, D.C.

In addition to the interviews, the full committee will review the three proposals and the cost estimates for their work.
