KNOXVILLE — The Board of Trustees of the University of Tennessee will meet here June 22.
The full board’s spring meeting is scheduled for 1 p.m. at the University Club, formerly the Faculty Club.
Trustees’ committees and councils will meet June 21.
On the agenda for the board’s consideration are the 2001 fiscal year budget, student fees and tuition, and capital outlay (buildings and maintenance) projects for next year.
Board committees have been consolidated and some have new names. Those meeting June 21 are:
* The Advancement and Outreach Council, 12:30 p.m., rooms C & D, Thompson-Boling arena dining room.
* Academic Programs and Planning, 1:30 p.m., Thompson-Boling arena dining room.
* Finance and Administration, 3 p.m., board room, 800 Andy Holt Tower.
Special presentations are scheduled Thursday morning in 118 Veterinary Medicine Bldg. The first, at 9 a.m., will be a faculty panel on “Striving for the Top 25 of Public Research Universities.” The UT Institute of Agriculture will do a presentation at 10 a.m.
