KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Judy Flanagan, University of Tennessee director of special occasions, will speak next week at an international festivals and events meeting in Denver.
Flanagan, who plans building dedications, groundbreakings and other events for UT, will speak Sept. 25 at the 43rd annual meeting of the International Festivals and Events Association. Her topic will be “Special Events: Good Show-Bad Show.”
