KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — An alumni group at the University of Michigan will honor Dr. Andrew J. Kozar, a University of Tennessee-Knoxville faculty member and former UT administrator, with an achievement award.
Kozar, an exercise science professor, will receive the 1998 Kinesiology Alumni Achievement Award from the University of Michigan’s Division of Kinesiology.
At UM kinesiology includes movement science, physical education, sport management and communication. Kozar earned master’s and doctoral degrees at Michigan. He will receive the award at a homecoming banquet Oct. 23.
