TIPTONVILLE, Tenn. — Dr. Joseph E. Johnson, president of the University of Tennessee, will speak at the March 26 meeting of the Lake County chapter of the UT National Alumni Association.

Johnson was named president of the university in June 1991. He has been a UT administrator since 1963.
