KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Michelle Allen, 2518 Holly Grove Road, Covington, is the recent recipient of a scholarship from the University of Tennessee National Alumni Association.
Allen received a $1,500 freshman scholarship at UT-Knoxville. She is the daughter of Billy and Gail Allen.
