KNOXVILLE, Tenn.– Teresa Y. Cooper, 22001 Hunter Lane, Claremore, is the recent recipient of a scholarship from the University of Tennessee National Alumni Association.
Cooper earned a $1,300 first year scholarship at UT-Memphis. She is the daughter of Sandra Phelps.
