KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Carol Anne Burtchell, 2239 East 13th St., Brooklyn, is the recent recipient of a scholarship from the University of Tennessee National Alumni Association.
Burtchell, the daughter of Rosemarie Burtchell, earned a $2,500 freshman scholarship at UT-Knoxville.
