KNOXVILLE, Tenn.– Michael T. Payne, 2378 Timber Lane, Orange Park, is the recent recipient of a scholarship from the University of Tennessee National Alumni Association.
Payne earned a $2,000 National Merit scholarship at UT-Knoxville. He is a graduate of St. Johns Country Day School.
