KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Valerie N. McMillan, 116 Dylark Drive, Waverly, is the recent recipient of a scholarship from the University of Tennessee National Alumni Association.
McMillan earned a $1,500 valedictorian scholarship at UT-Knoxville for her accomplishment as a student at Waverly Central High School. She is the daughter of Paul and Darlene McMillan.
