KNOXVILLE, Tenn.– “Snakes: Objects of Fascination and Fear” will be the topic of the Pre-Game Faculty Showcase prior to Saturday’s Georgia-Tennessee football game.
Dr. Lynn Champion, organizer of the showcase, said Dr. Arthur Echternacht, professor and head of the University of Tennessee-Knoxville Department of Ecology and Evoluntionary Biology will be the speaker.
The free presentation is open to the public, a service of the College of Arts and Sciences offered prior to all Vol home games. This week’s showcase starts at 1:30 p.m., two hours before kickoff, in the Shiloh Room of the University Center.
