KNOXVILLE, Tenn.– Anna Brooke Batey, Hendersonville, is a recent recipient of the four-year Andrew D. Holt Scholarship at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
Batey, the daughter of Lee Ann and Roger Batey, is a graduate of Hendersonville High School, where she was yearbook editor and president of the Environmental Science Club.
The Holt scholarship, funded through unrestricted annual giving to UT, is worth $3,000 annually. Batey is majoring in engineering.
