KNOXVILLE, Tenn.– The University of Tennessee publishes one of the top law reviews in the nation, a recent national survey shows.  The quarterly publication of the College of Law at UT-Knoxville was 41st among the 161 journals studied by Nova Southeastern University law professors Robert Jarvis and Phyllis Coleman. KNOXVILLE, Tenn.– A few more days of bright sunshine would do a lot to reduce the threat of blue mold to Tennessee’s burley tobacco crop, a University of Tennessee plant specialist said Friday.  “The good news is we have had some sunshine and we are looking at a few more days of it,” Fowlkes said.
