KNOXVILLE, Tenn.– A technology plan that will make students at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville more successful in their academic and professional careers is on Friday’s UT board of trustees agenda.  The proposal would expand network access for students on- and off-campus, upgrade computer labs, increase software availability, enhance instructional technology, and expand support and training
