UT Transportation Director To Head National Group
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The director of the University of Tennessee Transportation Center is the new head of a national transportation research organization. Dr. Stephen Richards was named president of the Council of University Transportation Centers at the group’s recent meeting in Gainesville, Fla. He’ll serve one year. Richards is scheduled to testify on transportation research
